Job Summary
As a Business Transformation Manager in COS, you will support project management, data analytics, and process re-engineering across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation tools, delivering timely data insights, and supporting the execution of transformation and product initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will drive operational excellence and support the evolving needs of the business.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead project management tasks supporting data and analytics initiatives for COS
  • Manage and maintain data automation tools, including Alteryx and Tableau, for visualization and output
  • Support controls and governance around data hygiene and partner with Control teams to ensure audit-readiness
  • Develop complex Alteryx flows and Cliq dashboards to enhance data automation and reporting
  • Inspire a culture of innovation and execution of technology and data-driven ideas
  • Review large-scale initiatives and contribute to future-state strategy for tactical solutions
  • Analyze financial needs of data insights to support business growth
  • Deliver timely and accurate data analytics and insights to support transformation and product execution
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive process improvement
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance standards
  • Adapt to evolving business needs and support the COS Transformation agenda
  •  

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relentless and versatile learner with aptitude for assimilating new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge
  • Minimum five years’ experience in project management, with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Highly organized with strong ability to manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated executive presence and adaptability to evolving needs in COS
  • Ability to work independently and escalate complex or unusual issues appropriately
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong communication abilities
  • Background in digital tools such as SharePoint, Tableau, and Alteryx, with at least five years’ experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or ten years of equivalent work experience

  • Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience developing and maintaining Cliq dashboards
  • Proven ability to inspire innovation and drive process improvement
  • Experience supporting controls and governance in a data-driven environment
  • Familiarity with financial analysis and business growth strategies
