Join the Work Activity Data Utility (WADU) team as a Data Management Analyst within the Corporate Sector (CAO and HR). You will own the end-to-end data journey—sourcing, ingesting, and assuring data quality—while identifying opportunities to improve processes and support product development. As a Data Management Analyst in the WADU Data team within the Corporate Sector at CAO and HR, you will play a key role in the end-to-end data journey. You will source, ingest, and assure the quality of data, always seeking creative ways to improve our processes. You will help determine data usability for client-focused use cases and support the development of new products. Your work will ensure our analytics deliver maximum value to end users, and you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders and technology partners.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the data journey
Evaluate current use cases, conduct gap analysis, and identify opportunities for product development
Engage with clients to maximize the value of analytics and insights
Manage the innovation life cycle from ideation and prototyping to requirements translation for technology teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Create compelling visual data representations
Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement
Support unbiased storytelling through data
Contribute to strategic and investment insights using workforce activity data
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Passion for data and strong data skills
Proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Excel, Tableau, Qlik Sense, and JIRA
Ability to query, interrogate, and ensure data accuracy and quality
Effective team player across functions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to structure and scope complex problems and take ownership
Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders and technology partners
Effective organizational and project management abilities
Clear and confident communication skills across all organizational levels
Appreciation for the evolving world of data and artificial intelligence
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Experience in workforce analytics or similar data-driven environments
Familiarity with data visualization best practices
Exposure to product development or innovation cycles
