Location: LONDON, United Kingdom

Are you passionate about using analytics to drive meaningful impact in local communities? Join our Corporate Responsibility team and help shape the future of impact reporting across Europe. You will collaborate with diverse teams and senior leaders, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver actionable insights. This is an opportunity to make a difference in how we tell our story to clients, shareholders, and regulators. Be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and results.
As an EMEA Localized Impact Analytics Lead (Analytics Solutions Manager) in Corporate Responsibility, you will support JPMC EMEA Government Relations, Regulatory Affairs, Public Affairs, and Impact Marketing & Communications by turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that advance the Firm’s priorities across the region. The ideal candidate combines strong data sourcing, crunching, and analytical skills with the ability to partner closely with stakeholders to determine the highest and best use of insights to influence JMPCs stakeholders (politicians, regulators, advocacy groups, etc.). Experience working with JPMC line-of-business data from the Investment Bank, Asset & Wealth Management, and the International Consumer Bank would be ideal, but not critical, alongside a deep curiosity to explore EMEA politics and administrative boundaries to shape credible, locally resonant narratives and impact-focused campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

  • Enhance and support the development of localized impact reporting frameworks for Corporate Responsibility, Impact Marketing, Global Engagement, and Public Affairs in EMEA.
  • Partner with Europe-based colleagues to expand analytics supporting key stakeholders.
  • Create high-quality analytics, business intelligence, and management presentations; distill complex analysis into clear, actionable concepts for executives.
  • Utilize project management best practices to track priorities, communicate updates, and manage deliverables to successful completion.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Responsibility Technology and peers to guide sourcing of ex-US data into firmwide data environments.
  • Manage large-scale firmwide programs, driving cross-functional teams to deliver new analytic and reporting requirements.
  • Understand and strategically source firmwide data to support reporting needs.
  • Explain data concepts and challenges clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Relevant financial services industry experience, including internal MIS reporting and advanced analytics, with an understanding of European administrative boundaries.
  • Highly motivated, able to operate independently and take ownership of initiatives.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience with Business Intelligence tools and database platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).
  • Experience with data and business intelligence concepts such as ETL (e.g., Alteryx), Data Modeling, Reporting Automation, and Dashboarding (e.g., Tableau).
  • Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills; ability to work with large, complex data sets.
  • Experience in systems management, including improving and enhancing technologies and processes.
  • Proficient in data management and governance, with strong data visualization skills to synthesize data into executive summaries and value-add analytics.
  • Operate with a controls mindset, providing insights that support the firm’s best interests.
  • High competency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, and other program management tools.
  • Ability to define and track project deliveries through implementation.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders; central role in enhancing processes and controls over data validation, analysis, and external reporting.
  • Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience with ex-US Line of Business data.
  • Knowledge of sub-national European administrative boundaries and data aggregation for local impact reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong reporting development and program management experience.
  • Demonstrated integrity with sensitive data, independent judgment, initiative, and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Are you interested in supporting analytics that drive the Firm's local story telling efforts in Europe? You found the right team!
