As an Intelligent Solutions Automation Developer, you will design and develop Alteryx workflows and Python solutions to prepare, transform, and automate data for the global AMD business. You will collaborate with stakeholders, connect to databases and APIs, and apply strong SQL and data quality practices to deliver robust automation and analytics. The role includes troubleshooting data workflows, documenting solutions, driving automation initiatives to reduce manual processes, and working effectively in remote or cross-border teams.

As an Intelligent Solutions Automation Developer within our AMD team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment. You will design and develop Alteryx workflows for data preparation, transformation, and automation. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build advanced data analysis solutions using Python, including data cleaning and visualization.
  • Uphold data quality standards across all automation and analytics processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data workflows and visualizations.
  • Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and boost efficiency.
  • Document processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Manage multiple requests and priorities, communicating progress to stakeholders.
  • Connect to databases and utilize APIs for seamless data processing.
  • Apply strong SQL skills to manage and analyze relational database data.
  • Work effectively in remote or cross-border team environments.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Alteryx (Designer ) and Python.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in database connections and API utilization.
  • Show experience with version control tools such as GIT.
  • Exhibit strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.
  • Display excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Be self-motivated with strong time management and initiative.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Take ownership of independent work and deliver results.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills :

  • Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Exposure to stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
  • Experience with latest data technologies such as Databricks and Snowflake.
  • Prior experience in financial services, especially with derivatives.
