As a Client Analyst in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.
Job responsibilities:
Demonstrate programming skills in Python and write complex SQL code to automate processes for sourcing, transforming, and analyzing data from multiple structured and unstructured sources.
Apply critical thinking and perform advanced analytics to solve complex, multi-faceted business problems using the firm’s analytics and visualization platforms such as QlikSense, Tableau, and Alteryx.
Create and leverage analytical approaches to analyze domain-specific source data, providing accurate conclusions that lead to the identification of improvement initiatives.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and communicate ideas and results to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and concise manner.
Perform advanced quantitative and statistical analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations for improving business performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs within the organization.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2+ years of working experience on analytical tools (Tableau/ Qliksense/ SQL)
- At least 2+ years of exp. with Python to develop ETL pipelines
- Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting dashboards
- Strong grasp of big data disciplines, AWS, Agile (scrum) methodologies, and new technologies. Able to communicate effectively with Senior leaders to enable collaboration, decision-making, and transparency.
- Experience in developing standardized solutions for data acquisition, transformation and analysis
- Perform advanced quantitative and statistical analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can be used to improve business performance.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Ability to drive projects end to end from requirement analysis, development, testing to closure.
- Experience With Alteryx/ databricks to develop ETL pipelines
