  • Explore innovative uses of proprietary data to address business questions, optimize customer experiences, and drive revenue.
  • Build robust data workflows: understand input/reference sources, create transformations, and extract data across diverse database platforms.
  • Deliver tactical and strategic product and market insights through analytics, reporting, automation, and visualization.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards for senior management and business stakeholders that enable decision-making.
  • Apply UI/UX best practices: prioritize clarity and simplicity, maintain consistency, and establish strong visual hierarchy.
  • Optimize dashboard performance for fast and efficient user experiences.
  • Iterate continuously through testing and user feedback, including A/B testing to refine designs.
  • Coordinate and communicate across cross-functional teams; manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Support rigorous UAT to validate solutions against requirements and quality standards.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Science/Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in Business Intelligence and/or Analytics, preferably in banking/finance; proven ability to deliver timely, high-quality analysis from complex, diverse data sources; able to work independently with regular status updates and meet objectives.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced: Tableau, Alteryx, SQL
    • Core: Python, ThoughtSpot (foundational to intermediate).
    • Data at scale: Python, R, SQL, Spark for large dataset analysis.
    • Data management: Knowledge of data warehousing concepts; exposure to BI/database platforms such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Alteryx, Databricks, Snowflake.
  • Analytical and Process Skills: Excellent problem-solving; quick learner able to propose and implement process efficiencies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong teamwork adhering to common standards and best practices; excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; relationship-building skills to partner with stakeholders and drive results.
