As an Associate in the Data and Analytics team for Chase Travel, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that drive business impact. You leverage data to deliver insights, prioritize AI initiatives, and support the development of our AI roadmap.

Job responsibilities

Organize, update, and maintain data to support engineering and analytics functions

Develop enterprise data models and design, develop, and maintain large-scale data processing pipelines

Collaborate with teams to translate business objectives into data analysis and AI solutions

Act as a data expert, providing insights and recommendations to account teams

Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as SAS Visual Analytics, QlikSense, and Tableau

Assist AI Product teams by providing analytics and guidance to drive and prioritize the AI roadmap

Identify and ensure tracking and collection of data points for post-release analysis of AI initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Four years of experience in designing and implementing data models and analytic solutions

Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and architecture in cloud-based data lake platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Snowflake

Proficient in SQL, Python, and Alteryx for data analysis, engineering, and transformation

Experience with data models and reporting packages like SAS Visual Analytics, QlikSense, or Tableau

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Passion for both data engineering and analytics

Design and deliver AI and analytics solutions for Chase Travel as a member of our Data and Analytics team
