Reference Data Specialist IV in the Static Data Manila team focuses on on-boarding and maintaining client records across global systems for APAC, Trade Finance, EMEA, and WHEM in a fast-paced environment. The role involves executing BAU tasks, updating client information, managing workflow across internal teams, and ensuring data accuracy and SLA adherence. You will interact with Lines of Business and internal clients by phone or email, support projects, and operate across shifts including PH holidays and weekends, with an emphasis on communication, attention to detail, and regulatory/compliance awareness.

Job Summary:
As a Reference Data Specialist IV in the Static Data Manila team, you will be primarily responsible for on-boarding and maintenance of Client records on various systems. This role involves static data maintenances for our Global clients for APAC, Trade Finance, EMEA, and WHEM. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute to our team's goals and SLAs
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks assigned within the group which would include, but not limited to, setting up client records on the system, maintaining work log, investigating issues and exceptions, contribute to meeting team’s goals and SLA’s.
- Add and update client's information timely and accurately in respective Functional applications / Global Systems & mainframes.
- Manage the workflow of BAU, handling requests made to the Static Team from CSO’s, Implementation Team & Internal Departments.
- Ensuring work is processed within established timeframes, is subject to the necessary controls and that targets are met accordingly.
- Interact with Lines of Business and Internal clients via telephone or email, some of whom maybe of a senior capacity.
- Respond to queries received via mailbox and resolve any client issue on priority.
- Working on various BAU Projects assigned from time to time & ensure timely completion of projects.
- Escalate and refer all concerns or non-routine situations to supervisors and managers.
- Be flexible to work in any shift and to work during PH holidays and weekends.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- University degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in a bank operations environment
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills are required
- Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to details, highly organized and deadline-oriented
- High Level of Client centricity, sound communication and Solution-orientation
- Excellent PC skills, proficient with MS Office suite of products, particularly MS Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communications, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Assertiveness to ask questions and pursue open issues until resolution in a positive and professional manner.
- Ability to adapt to a highly fast-paced and changing environment.
- Ability to work within a global team environment, spanning several regions, and time zones.
- Willingness to work in any shift.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Knowledge of Trade, Payments and Cash products would be an added advantage.
