Senior Associate on the Securities Services Data Analytics team responsible for building and managing large-scale data solutions to centralize datasets, enable analytics, and drive automation. As a Securities Services Data Solutions Senior Associate in our Data Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing large-scale data solutions. You’ll centralize key datasets, enable business teams to access and analyze information, and drive efficiency through automation and advanced analytics. Our team is hands-on, focused on connecting data to real business outcomes and leading the transformation of Finance through technology.

Job Responsibilities
  • Integrate and model complex, disparate datasets to unlock new business insights and enable advanced analytics
  • Perform hands-on analysis using modern tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, and Alteryx
  • Drive automation and solve challenging data problems to improve business processes
  • Own end-to-end delivery of projects, including requirements gathering, writing business requirements documents, stakeholder management, and program oversight
  • Lead the design and buildout of scalable data applications and solutions for Finance, from concept to delivery
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business partners across Product, Operations, Technology, and Finance
  • Initiate and lead AI/ML projects to enhance data-driven decision-making and process efficiency
  • Establish best practices and help define success as the data analytics function evolves
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner
  • Support decision-making and reporting through advanced analytics and automation
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results with minimal direction
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, product development, or project management (within financial services or a related field)
  • Hands-on experience with at least one modern data analytics, visualization, or engineering tool (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, R)
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets and building data models
  • Logical, structured approach to planning, problem solving, and decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, write requirements, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and present findings to stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience in Securities Services or core Finance (Finance & Business Management, Planning & Analysis)
  • Experience with automation, process improvement, or AI/ML projects
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications in finance or data analytics
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration in a large organization
  • Familiarity with data lake architecture and centralizing key datasets
  • Experience leading the transformation of Finance through technology
  • Ability to set the tone for team culture and establish best practices
