Manage day-to-day data center operations, including server hardware, network infrastructure, and security. Maintain hardware asset lifecycle processes and inventory, including HD and media destruction. Coordinate equipment moves/adds/changes with IT teams; escalate complex issues per procedures and stay updated on data center technologies. Participate in on-call rotations and shift work (including possible night shifts) to provide 24/7 support; strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential; bachelor's degree preferred and minimum two years of data center operations experience.
