Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence for clients, providing technical expertise on architecture, data modeling, and best practices. Collaborate with clients to understand objectives, data sources, and reporting needs; design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence tools. Perform ETL to populate the analytics warehouse, optimize data processing, and deliver documentation and knowledge transfer. Travel as needed and manage onshore/offshore teams while staying current on Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence features and industry trends.

KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Oracle Analytics in Enterprise Solutions for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence following the KPMG approach to meet and exceed client requirements
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence architecture, data modeling, and best practices
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, data sources, and reporting requirements
- Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence tools
- Perform data integration tasks, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), to populate the analytics warehouse, and conduct performance tuning and optimization activities to ensure efficient data processing and query performance
- Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams, while staying updated on the latest Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence features, enhancements, and industry trends, and collaborating with KPMG functional teams to understand business process impact to reporting and analytics
Qualifications :
- Minimum five years of recent experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) across one or more of Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management subject areas; experience with Jira and Confluence a plus
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university preferred
- Technical experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools (OTBI, BIP, FRS, and FAW/FDI) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
- Project management skills to address tasks, deliverables, issues, risks and management of onshore analysts and offshore report development team; understanding or implementation experience of Oracle SaaS modules and general business processes across either ERP, HCM, or SCM a plus
- Excellent communication skills to lead and facilitate reporting requirement and strategy meetings with a proven track record of leading successful Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence implementations from concept to completion; able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Ability to travel as needed
