Assists in resolving client data issue cases by fixing data integrity and by sourcing, collecting, and curating content from financial documents and data feeds across various content sets and products. Processes data accurately and efficiently using tools and knowledge of the financial markets, and uses approved sources to identify data per the collection policy. Collaborates with internal and external teams to support sourcing and collection of data, adheres to quality metrics, supports assigned projects, and suggests process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, some experience in Content or a related area, Japanese language skills (N1), and fluent English; this is an Associate-level, full-time role based in Beijing.
Assists in the resolution of client data issue cases and holds responsibility for sourcing, collecting, curating content from financials documents / instruments / feed sources across various content sets and products / services.
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Supports in the resolution of client cases by fixing the data integrity, missing data and other similar issues efficiently
- Processes data in an accurate and timely manner using the knowledge of the tools and financial markets
- Uses the approved sources to identify the data, convert / make valuable contributions to the data, or use the data as is defined in the collection policy
- Communicates and works with internal and external teams where required to support sourcing and collection of data efficiently
- Adheres to the quality metrics and prioritizes activities to support business and customer requirements
- Supports specific projects assigned and meets or exceeds the critical metrics defined
- Suggests process improvement ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or equivalent
- Some experience in Content or a related area.
- Japanese language skills - N1
- Fluently use English as work language
