Join LSEG's Debt Corax Department, handling collection, analysis, data quality management and service of fixed income life-cycle data used in Eikon and Workplace. The role involves collecting, supervising and verifying data sources, owning data quality and timeliness, and addressing client queries related to Fixed Income Data. You will work both in teams and independently, proactively identifying and resolving data problems in a fast-paced, multi-language environment requiring English, Mandarin and Japanese. The role supports a blended work model with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
Position Summary
The Debt Corax Department is responsible for the collection, analysis, integrated entry, data quality management and service of the full bond life cycle data operations of fixed income data in Asian Chinese, Japanese and Korean markets. The data are directly reflected in the company's core products Eikon and Workplace, which provide systematic data and services for the fixed income departments of financial institutions. Role responsibilities
Collect, supervise and verify data sources and maintaining manual updates of fixed income data
Taking ownership for data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness
Taking care of client queries connected to Fixed Income Data related to events details.
Working optimally within teams or by yourself, be proactive to identify and resolve problems
Skills and experience
Working professional proficiency in English, Mandarin (simplified and traditional), and Japanese as role requires extensive reading in these languages on daily basis
Strong curiosity about Finance
Experience in sourcing information
Practical knowledge of MS Excel
Attention to details
Knowledge of Fixed Income markets a plus
SQL skills in an advantage
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance or Financial Mathematics
