Role Profile

We are hiring a Senior Architect to lead our Enterprise Architecture Repository. This platform brings together information about our applications and technology. It helps teams make clear decisions and supports engineering and governance.

Role Summary

  • Lead the roadmap and daily operations of the repository.

  • Set simple standards and data models that teams can use.

  • Improve data quality and make information easy to find and share.

  • Partner with engineering, product, and governance teams to deliver outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain a clear roadmap.

  • Keep the repository accurate and current with strong data practices.

  • Maintain taxonomies and mappings to our Engineering Domain Model.

  • Improve integrations with other tools.

  • Provide guidance, documentation, and training for users.

  • Gather feedback and use it to plan future improvements.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Extensive experience with enterprise-scale engineering and operational toolchains in large, complex organizations. Examples of the toolchains include Enterprise Architecture (LeanIX, Waltz), CMDB and ITSM (ServiceNow), Internal Developer Platforms (e.g., GitLab/GitHub, Backstage.io), Data Governance (Collibra, Solidatus), and Business Process Management (Blueworks).

  • Proven track record of successfully adopting and scaling Enterprise Architecture Management systems, preferably LeanIX or Waltz.

  • Deep understanding of modern engineering practices (DevSecOps), Enterprise Architecture and IT service management (ITSM) enabled by engineering LSEG’s ecosystem (LeanIX, ServiceNow, Blueworks, GitLab and Backstage, Snowflake, Kafka, Kong), in a highly regulated environment.

  • Strong product management skills, with the ability to define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and stakeholder needs, while balancing competing priorities.

  • Proficient coding skills and strong problem-solving ability using common engineering tools, including SQL, GitHub/GitLab, Python, and Power BI; familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) is a plus.

  • Solid skills in leading and managing a community of senior level stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving the adoption of strategic standards and ways of working.

  • Practical knowledge about Data Architecture, Data Governance and Data Management experience.

  • Experience with architecture governance, solution design, software development lifecycle, operational resilience, Cloud and Platform Engineering.

  • Experience in industrial framework for Enterprise Architecture, standards and tooling.

  • Experience in tailoring vendor solutions to fit the enterprise context and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
