Role Summary

Play a key role in implementing a next-generation automated process that validates content accuracy against original sources. Assist in generating periodic reports, uncover trends, and collaborate with internal and external teams to improve quality standards and client satisfaction.

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Support Quality Framework Implementation
    Assist in evolving back-to-source quality checks from manual sampling to automation.
  • Ensure Representative Sampling
    Apply stratified sampling techniques to accurately reflect diverse content datasets.
  • Contribute to AI & Automation Development
    Support the creation of an LLM-based tool for generating accuracy scores from source documents.
  • Analyse & Recommend Improvements
    Identify patterns and trends in accuracy data, and collaborate with content teams to close quality gaps.
  • Prototype & Visualize
    Build POCs, dashboards, and pipeline tools to support product design and decision-making.
  • Collaborate Across Teams
    Work with internal teams under supervision to ensure smooth execution of analytics projects.
  • Client Interaction
    Participate in client discussions to showcase improvements and integrate feedback into quality processes.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Domain expertise in one or more asset classes: Fixed Income, Equities, F&O, Warrants, Shares, Entities.
  • Content Expertise Required: Lipper
  • Understanding of algorithms, model building, and evaluation.
  • Intermediate SQL skills and working knowledge of Python or R.
  • Ability to transform and prepare data for model training.
  • Experience handling large datasets.
  • Strong analytical and visualization skills for generating reports and stakeholder updates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting work to peers and senior management.

Compensation Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between zł87,000 - zł139,000. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan (”bonus plan”). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
