Macquarie's 2027 Technology Graduate Program offers a 12-month structured rotation starting with a tailored orientation at the Sydney HQ, followed by on-the-job training and exposure to senior leaders. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, the program provides opportunities across Engineering, Data analysis and management, Cyber security, Business analysis, Project management and Design, helping you build platforms and applications. You must be in your final year or have recently completed studies in relevant tech fields and be an Australian or NZ citizen or permanent resident.

- You'll have a degree in computer science, software engineering, data science and decisions, electrical engineering, mechatronics engineering, engineering (electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, computer), information technology, cyber security, information systems, digital experience and design, design computing, or science.
- You are in your final year of study or have completed your studies within 12 months of applying (that's 12 months from your last subject or unit)
- No prior financial experience is required, just an innate curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- You must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident, to be eligible for this program.
