What role will you play?

In this role you will lead the Data Workstream within our FenX transition program, delivering end-to-end data lineage and control for our up and downstream consumers, end ensuring our client data meets agreed control and governance standards. You will work closely with partners across Commodities and Global Markets and Macquarie Capital to deliver outcomes related to the migration, protection and control of client data, while working with programme leaders to support data-related decisions. You will play a visible leadership role, helping drive delivery, collaboration and quality across the programme.

What you offer

  • 10 years’ of experience in data management, lineage and control, ideally within banking or financial services
  • Strong understanding of regulation and policy affecting client identification, onboarding, data privacy and data retention
  • Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale data migrations
  • Experience using data management tools such as Collibra
  • Experience leading and managing teams of data and business analysts within complex change programmes.
