You will collaborate with stakeholders to define, manage, and improve data quality, while coaching others in best-practice data management. Your work will help ensure our data is ready for advanced analytics and AI, supporting measurable business outcomes. This permanent, full-time role is based in Sydney within Macquarie's Data and AI team in the Operations division.

- Strong data business analyst skills including relationship-building skills with the ability to understand stakeholder requirements, communicate effectively, and partner to deliver outcomes
- Experience managing data and applying data governance practices, ideally within financial services or a related sector
- Proficiency with data management tools and platforms, such as Collibra, and familiarity with data analysis tools including SQL, Dataiku, Alteryx, and PowerBI
- A track record of delivering measurable business improvements through data governance and management activities, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, adaptability to change, and an interest in emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
