Lead the coordination and delivery of the Data and AI division's operational activities and data governance across the EMEA region. Support divisional portfolio tracking, COO reporting, communications, and cross-regional alignment. Drive regional data governance activities, including governance forums, preparing materials and ensuring clear, actionable outcomes; develop structured reporting, dashboards, KPIs and control analyses to monitor data quality and risks. Partner with Data Offices, Risk, Technology and business teams to roll out enterprise tools and embed a culture of accountable data ownership.

- Ability to prepare high quality presentations and written materials tailored for senior audiences
- Experience in management consulting, data governance, data management or regulatory reporting within financial services
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to identify region specific business requirements
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI or Collibra for data analysis or metadata management
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
