What role will you play?

You will be responsible for applying data governance and management capabilities within Banking and Financial Services, supporting key programmes of work. In this role, you will develop and maintain strong partnerships with a broad range of business and technical stakeholders to implement governance, risk, and control frameworks. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand and document end-to-end business process data flows across the ecosystem, identify risks and controls, highlight gaps and opportunities for improvement, and facilitate workshops to elicit and review process flows and control assessments.
What you offer

- 8+ years experience in data risk, controls, or governance within an enterprise environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate data risks and controls critically
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, enabling you to collaborate effectively across teams
- Proven experience in supporting the enhancement of governance and controls capability in complex environments
- An understanding of data governance principles and tools, coupled with an agile mindset and adaptability to both structured and unstructured settings, including the integration of generative AI in daily work practices.
