Macquarie Asset Management's D3E (Data, Digital, Design and Engineering) team is seeking a Data Product Manager to build Finance Data Products on our Google Cloud BigQuery data platform.  The Enterprise D3E team is responsible for providing digital solutions to MAM’s Fund Management teams.

In this role, you'll partner with global D3E team members to design, deliver, and maintain well‑governed finance data products that support fund management operations. Leveraging Macquarie’s Big Query data platform, you will define and prototype fit‑for‑purpose data models while embedding strong documentation, data quality, and governance practices into data pipelines. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and engineers to deliver secure, ethical, and actionable data products aligned to business needs.


What you offer

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in information systems, engineering, computer science, data science, finance, or a related discipline.
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience with excellent understanding of finance business systems or processes including fund management, fund accounting, private equity with experience of leading a team.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, databases, and data modelling techniques; strong analytical skills highly capable of deriving insights and making data-driven decisions.
  • Adaptability and willingness to explore new technologies and approaches.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align data initiatives with business objectives.
