Lead Data Engineer in the Manila Data and Analytics team, collaborating with traders, desk analysts and central data teams to deliver data and analytics solutions across Commodities and Global Markets. You will be the face of Data Analytics in the APAC region, managing a team of engineers, providing technical direction, and leading development of capabilities such as a data catalog, data science workbench, visualization tools and real-time analytics. You will work with a cloud-based data lake and data pipelines, maturing development practices, and helping accelerate responses to business needs.

- 6+ years of experience in developing, debugging and running Python code in production
- Experience working with containers and deploying them in production e.g. EKS
- Experience in AWS Cloud e.g. IAM, S3, EC2, EKS
- A passion for AI, Data and automation
- A self starter and problem solver, with effective communication skills
- Experience managing people and building relationships within the business
- Exposure to the following technologies is an advantage: Parquet, Iceberg, Trino, Redshift, Airflow, Hive, Dataiku.
