As a Manager focused on Data Enablement, you will promote alignment with Macquarie's Data Management Framework, ensuring business groups have the tools, processes, and capability to meet data management obligations. You will shape and uplift data enablement solutions, interpret regulatory and internal requirements, and work with stakeholders across Group Technology, data domains, risk teams, and business leaders to ensure strong implementation. You will also help embed Collibra to facilitate data management practices and ensure alignment between systems and asset management.

Our Corporate Operations Group Data and AI division is focused on uplifting data management, risk reduction and supporting the buildout of AI capabilities across Macquarie.

- 5+ years working in Business Analyst roles and/or Data Management environments within the financial services industry
- Strong analytical expertise and stakeholder management
- Experience working in an Agile environment with technology/scrum teams and an understanding of information systems
- Awareness of relevant regulations (e.g., CPG-235, BCBS-239) and experience understanding and implementing standards, processes and policies related to data risk management and/or governance
- Strong delivery skills and/or project experience with the ability to meet deadlines and manage and influence the work of others.
