Join Macquarie's Risk Management Group as a Senior Analyst overseeing Data, Models and UDA governance. You will support the execution of the baseline governance strategy, contribute to the maintenance and improvement of governance frameworks and operating models, and drive adoption of governance activities across global teams. You will assist in managing compliance activities, identifying data risks and controls, and supporting monitoring, oversight and reporting to meet regulatory requirements. The role reports to the Data, Models and UDA Lead and partners with business, data and technology teams to strengthen data governance and risk management.

What you offer

- 3 to 5 years of experience in risk management, data or model and user-developed application governance, business analysis or a consulting role
- Ability to contribute to the development, documentation and upkeep of baseline data, models and UDAs frameworks, standards and procedures
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to build effective working relationships with business and technology teams
- Experience contributing to project delivery is desirable, with strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Enterprise Data Management (EDM) platforms, in particular Collibra, is an advantage
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, quantitative disciplines or information technology, with experience in financial services an advantage.
