Join Macquarie's Group Data Office to establish and maintain best practices in information management, covering data lifecycle management, data architecture and records management. You will drive the adoption, implementation and oversight of effective information management practices across divisions, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders. You will develop and implement leading-practice solutions to categorise, document, understand and manage data through its lifecycle, and guide large-scale change initiatives. This role requires extensive experience in data governance and data management within financial services.

What you offer

- 10+ years experience in data management, or as a data / technical / business analyst, ideally with experience in an Operations, Services or Technology environment.
- Data-driven, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, particularly with experience in explaining technical subject matter into plain language relevant to the business.
- Self-sufficient, taking accountability for end-to-end delivery, managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams and provide leadership guidance and advice to the team.
- Experience in managing and delivering large scale change initiatives.
- Experience in information management, ideally data management, records management or data architecture management within financial services is a benefit.
