Lead the execution of the Risk Management Group's baseline data, models and UDAs governance strategy, and contribute to the design and continuous improvement of governance frameworks and operating models that guide responsible use of data, models and UDAs across the Risk Management Group. Oversee governance practices and controls, drive adoption of governance activities, and partner with senior divisional stakeholders and global teams to uplift governance maturity. Drive compliance activities to ensure divisions meet policy and regulatory obligations, identify data gaps, risks and controls, and provide advisory support on data risk remediation and best practices. Lead group-level monitoring, oversight and reporting to drive consistent risk management practices and ensure compliance with current and emerging regulatory and policy requirements.

- 5+ years of experience in risk management, data or model and UDA governance, business analysis, or a consulting role
- Strong skills in designing, developing and governing baseline data, models and UDAs frameworks, standards and procedures
- Adept at working both autonomously and collaboratively, with proven ability to build effective relationships, manage expectations, and engage and influence senior stakeholders across complex environments
- Experience delivering projects, with strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Enterprise Data Management (EDM) platforms, in particular Collibra, is an advantage
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, quantitative disciplines or information technology, with experience in financial services an advantage.
