Your qualifications and skills
- University degree in business, finance, engineering, operations, or another analytical field preferred
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in analytics, business, consulting, or quantitative fields
- Strong understanding of analytics tools and problem-solving methodologies to analyze and interpret data effectively
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in data visualization and database tools, including but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, Tableau Prep, Alteryx, KNIME, and Snowflake
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels in a team environment
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, with strong time management skills to thrive in a complex and largely autonomous work environment
- Familiarity with travel-related data or experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
