You will support the daily operation of the Design-to-Value Lab and assist a group of experienced R&D engineers with teardowns, measurements, measurement automation, CAD modelling, and more. You will complete various data research projects using a variety of techniques, identify measurement automation possibilities, and introduce them. You will model designs in CAD software and prepare them for the prototyping phase, while participating in team meetings and helping with problem solving. This internship program will last up to 12 months with mentoring and coaching sessions, offering growth opportunities and potential for a permanent role, based in the Wroclaw office as part of McKinsey's Client Capabilities Network.

Your qualifications and skills
- 3rd or 4th year university student of mechanical engineering or related fields
- Fluency in English, both verbal and in writing
- Good knowledge of Polish
- Aerospace & Defense
