Your Impact

You will support the daily operation of our Design-to-Value Lab.  
In this role, you will assist a group of experienced Research & Development (R&D) engineers with their tasks. That includes participation in product teardowns, measurements, measurement automation, CAD modelling and more. Additionally, you will complete various data research projects using a variety of techniques. You will cooperate with team members to identify measurement automation possibilities and introduce them. You will use analytical methods and software to analyze gathered data, summarizing and reporting outcomes of the analysis. Moreover, you will model designs in CAD software and prepare them for the prototyping phase. You will also participate in team meetings and help with problem solving.
This internship program will enhance your professional and personal development through mentoring and coaching sessions with tenured colleagues. This will last up to 12 months with a minimum of 25 work hours per week. You will have the opportunity for a permanent role depending on the success of your internship and open roles at the time.
You will be based in our Wroclaw office as part of our Client Capabilities Network (CCN). You will be a member of our cost engineering and product development team, cooperating with a group of experienced engineers.

Your qualifications and skills

  • 3rd or 4th year university student of mechanical engineering or related fields
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and in writing
  • Good knowledge of Polish
