Lead and shape conversion and attribution capabilities, expanding signal coverage, improving measurement logic, and ensuring system reliability. Collaborate with product, modeling, and engineering teams to deliver scalable conversion capabilities that drive value. Design and operate mission-critical data pipelines with SLA commitments, balancing accuracy, stability, and long-term extensibility.

Overview

Conversion and attribution are core business capabilities for measuring advertising effectiveness and optimizing ad delivery. They directly influence advertisers’ understanding of performance, budget allocation, and automated bidding decisions. As privacy requirements continue to tighten and cross-site tracking capabilities gradually diminish, the advertising measurement ecosystem is evolving away from approaches that rely on traditional identifiers toward conversion and attribution mechanisms that are more compliant, sustainable, and explainable.

Conversion team is responsible for building and operating these core conversion and attribution capabilities. By focusing on the generation, interpretation, and delivery of conversion signals, the team enables advertising performance measurement, delivery optimization, and scalable business growth. Its work spans the entire advertising lifecycle and places extremely high demands on business correctness, timeliness, and reliability, forming a critical foundation of a trusted measurement platform.
