Job Description

You will join our Listed Asset Management team, which is looking for a Data and Reporting Manager for a 1-year work-study program starting in September 2026.

Integrated within Mirova's listed asset management, the multi-asset, strategy, and financial engineering management team has a dual mission: on one hand, managing cross-asset funds according to investment processes with a strong macro component, and on the other hand, analyzing/anticipating the market through the combination of a top-down fundamental macro and quantitative approach. As such, the team communicates market views internally via macro committees, sector committees, and weekly market monitoring meetings, as well as externally through press articles and strategy notes, and develops decision-making and risk management tools on behalf of the management teams.

In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will be:

• Production and pre-filling of reports for investors and internal reports.
• Automation and modernization of reporting tools.
• Improvement of data quality and reporting processes.
• Deployment and enhancement of Power BI dashboards.

Furthermore, Mirova is actively exploring the use of artificial intelligence to improve reporting and analytical workflows; you will therefore contribute to several "augmented analytics" initiatives, including:

• Using AI models to support report preparation.
• Assisting with automated data anomaly detection.
• Experimenting with AI-assisted tools to accelerate data exploration.
• Participating in proof-of-concepts to integrate AI assistants into Power BI, Python, or SQL workflows, with the goal of improving automation and productivity.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at Bac+3 level, pursuing an engineering degree with a specialization in Computer Science, Data, or Mathematics. Passionate about data, reporting systems, and Power BI development. You know Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query) and Excel. You have solid foundations in data processing, databases, and automation (Python, SQL, API REST, VBA, or equivalent). You have good team spirit and interpersonal skills. You are familiar with ESG and/or SFDR concepts (a plus). And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
