Join NVIDIA's Operations Product Development Engineering GPU Team as a Product Development Engineer focused on High Bandwidth Memory (HBM). Lead HBM bring-up across vendors on Auto Test Equipment (ATE) and collaborate with Test, DFX, Memory, ASIC and Foundry teams. Perform HBM failure analysis on ATE, drive root-cause actions with suppliers, and define workflows to drive HBM fallout to zero across NVIDIA manufacturing. Build and track tools for end-to-end data analysis and present HBM readiness and risk updates to NVIDIA management.

As one of the technology industry's most desirable employers, NVIDIA is an industry leader in high performance computing, gaming and AI. NVIDIA's GPUs are extraordinary in performance and efficiency, and we are continually innovating in creative ways to deliver outstanding solutions in a wide range of sectors.

We are seeking Product Development Engineers who are experienced, creative problem solvers in various areas and passionate to want to make a visible impact with the work they do. As part of the Operations Product Development Engineering GPU Team, you will work on productizing NVIDIA’s chips into consumer, professional and datacenter markets.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for leading HBM bring-up across all vendors on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), collaborating closely with internal teams such as Test, DFX, Memory, ASIC and Foundry teams.

  • Analyze and perform HBM Failure Analysis (FA) on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) and work closely with cross-functional engineering teams (system and board level) to understand and root cause any memory failures on their setups. Work with HBM suppliers to drive root cause with detailed understanding of corrective actions / fixes.

  • Find opportunities and define workflows for continuous improvements in areas of driving HBM fallout across NVIDIA manufacturing to 0%.

  • Track end-to-end HBM fallout across all NVIDIA manufacturing. Help build tools for tracking and analyzing data.

  • Present updates on HBM readiness and risk to NVIDIA management.

What we need to see:

  • MS / BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years of work experience on memory products.

  • Solid understanding of HBM and DRAM.

  • Strong circuit level understanding of HBMs. Solid understanding key AC / DC parameters in datasheets.

  • Experience with product characterization on Verigy 93K tester.

  • Strong data engineering skills, with proficiency in Python, C or C++, and statistical modeling of data using JMP software or other tools for data analysis

  • Solid communication and presentation skills.

  • Solid interpersonal skills and track record as a strong collaborator.

  • Dedicated and able to work with minimum supervision.

Ways to stand out from crowd:

  • Direct working experience with major HBM suppliers.

  • A 'got-getter, can get it done' attitude and independent ‘out-of-box’ thinking’.

NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers. We have some of the most forward-thinking, resilient, and hardworking people in the world. If you are learner, creative and collaborative, we want to hear from you!

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.

Applications for this job will be accepted at least until February 9, 2026.
