Lead the design and delivery of scalable data architecture and platforms to support Optiver's trading and market-structure initiatives, including efforts to improve Brazil's securities borrowing and lending market. Define data models, pipelines, governance and low-latency data infrastructure while partnering closely with engineering, trading and product teams. This is a hands-on senior role where you'll set technical direction, drive implementation, and mentor engineers. You'll influence product decisions and ensure reliable, high-performance data systems for trading use cases.
