The Opportunity

As part of the Data and Analytics team you can analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions within the insurance sector. As an Experienced Associate, you can mentor junior team members while building meaningful client relationships and navigating the complexities of modern cloud data architectures. Responsibilities

- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills

- Build and maintain sturdy relationships with clients to understand their needs

- Enhance technical knowledge and proficiency in data analytics

- Utilize critical thinking to interpret data and derive insights

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 1 year of experience

- Certification in one of the following cloud platform - AWS/Azure/GCP

- Certification in Snowflake

- Certification in any ETL/ELT tool

What Sets You Apart

- Certification(s) preferred in: AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, or ETL/ELT tools

- Demonstrating thorough knowledge in cloud data architectures

- Implementing cloud data architecture and integration patterns

- Applying knowledge in Big Data engineering and ETL tools

- Designing scalable data warehouse solutions

- Understanding enterprise data concepts and governance

- Demonstrating prior P&C/L&A Insurance industry experience


The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
