As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and navigate the evolving landscape of tax technology, and quality deliverables that meet client needs. This role offers the chance to work with advanced technology in a fast-paced environment, driving automation initiatives and fostering meaningful client relationships.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 3 years of experience in a tax or technology environment

- Master's Degree

- Skilled in cloud computing and backend coding

- Skilled in programming languages like Python and SQL

- Experienced in front-end scripting with HTML and JavaScript

- Demonstrating automation skills for process improvement

- Excelling in training and mentoring junior team members

- Adapting quickly to diverse industry needs

- Collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams

- Understanding business analysis and associated skill sets

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
