Join Rabobank’s Tribe External Reporting as a Finance & Risk Data Analyst working in an international team to produce statistical and financial reports for the Wholesale & Rural business. You will collect and validate data from multiple sources, prepare regulatory reports, investigate inconsistencies and analyse shifts in figures while liaising with local finance, product control, business control and regulators. The role focuses on process improvement and data quality—streamlining reporting processes and participating in projects to increase efficiency.

- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 3,447 and EUR 4,923 (scale 07) for a 36-hour work week.

You will be a part of Tribe External Reporting. The Area Finance Reporting contributes to Statistical & Financial information (reports and datasets) for the Wholesale & Rural business of the Rabobank globally. You will collaborate closely with the other reporting analysts in the Area. You are surrounded by energized and inspired colleagues and together you will tackle various regulatory reporting and other data related challenges. This role offers you the opportunity to partner and liaise with several departments, such as local finance, product control and business control and our (international) regulators. We strongly believe that working in multidisciplinary teams will lead to the best results. You will be challenged and encouraged to show initiative when working on innovative projects and improving processes and systems.

As a Finance & Risk Data Analyst you can make a difference:
- Collecting and validating data from various sources, investigating and resolving inconsistencies and errors, preparing reports for our regulators and analysing shifts in the figures (run);
- You are actively engaged in process improvement in current work, maintain contact with stakeholders, and participate in projects (change);
- You are focused on process improvements and gaining efficiency in the reporting process and have an eye for structurally solving data quality issues.

Collaboration is our way of working. Our Area/Squads join forces to deliver (non-)financial information which are part of all the external and internal reporting of the Rabobank. There are multiple squads and every squad has 5 to 10 members. There is cooperation within the squad but between the squads too. We work hybrid where colleagues split their time between working remotely (from home) and working together at the office.
Required knowledge and experience:
• A Master’s degree in a financial related course (e.g. finance or accounting);
• Knowledge of financial products (e.g. interest rates, derivates)
• Experience with / interest in regulations concerning reporting (e.g. IFRS);
• Affinity with data and IT (minimum MS Excel);
• You master the English language. Speaking Dutch is an advantage.
