You will coordinate and execute data analytics and data management activities across multiple client and assessment systems within the Wholesale & Rural COO domain. The role focuses on ensuring high data quality and availability to empower analytics, support decision-making and regulatory processes. You will design and optimise data workflows, define business rules and implement data quality dashboards while working closely with stakeholders, data stewards and analysts in a complex business–technology environment.

- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,876 and EUR 8,395 (scale 10) for a 36-hour work week.

You & your role
In this role, you coordinate and execute data analytics and data management activities across multiple client and assessment systems within the W&R COO domain. Your mission is clear: ensure data excellence and high data quality that empower analytics, enable better decision making, and support business critical processes. You will work in a complex environment at the intersection of business, data & technology.
Practical examples
- The implementation of new party attributes and processes required for FECC and Sustainability assessment including a conversion strategy and training of stakeholders.
- Participation in the roll out of a Client Owning Framework and ensure data quality by defining and implementing business rules and data quality dashboards.
- Ensure availability of data attributes and relations to support the roll out of a New Corporate Model required for credit assessments of wholesale customers.

- Coordinate and deliver improved business processes and data products based on regulatory requirements and stakeholders needs across several onboarding and assessment systems.
- Drive continuous improvement by designing and optimising data workflows with Data Analysts and Data Stewards to strengthen the reliability of W&R data.
- Execute data management activities to ensure validated datasets meet agreed standards and support consistent analytics across W&R

You & your talent
- 5+ years’ experience in a data analyst, business analyst or data management role
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- The leadership skills to inspire and motivate others
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- A positive, proactive mindset and a genuine drive for change
