You & your role
Make an impact at the heart of Rabobank’s data ecosystem. As a Senior Data Governance Platform Engineer, you will design and deliver high‑quality reference data management solutions that support Rabobank’s data-driven enterprise. You will work on TIBCO EBX as the central platform for managing critical reference data used across internal and external processes.

- Design, build, and maintain robust EBX-based reference data solutions aligned with Rabobank’s architecture and standards.
- Drive the implementation and enhancement of TIBCO EBX within the Reference Data Management domain.
- Act as a technical expert, mentoring colleagues and influencing best practices across the tribe.
- Integrate governance, metadata, and data management standards into new EBX solutions.

- Build scalable reference data management solutions using EBX that meet architectural standards and stakeholder needs.
- Act as a technical expert, guiding & mentoring team members, while ensuring high-quality data governance implementations.
- Implement and maintain metadata and governance components that strengthen data quality, consistency, and transparency across the bank.
You work in the Data Governance Area within the Tribe Global D&A Platform, specifically in the Reference Data Management team. You collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to design, build, and run high-impact EBX solutions that support enterprise-wide reference and data needs.

You & Your Talent
- Minimum of 8 years overall IT experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in data engineering and data governance.
- Proven experience implementing EBX (TIBCO EBX) for reference data management.
- Strong understanding of data management and governance processes.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps).
Good-to-Haves
- Knowledge of containerization (Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of Databricks
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications in data governance.
