About the role
Our Data Science team solves complex problems with smart, practical solutions. Data Scientists and Analysts work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut. They do this by delivering smart, scalable solutions that move the business forward.
We’re looking for a Data Analyst who can dig into our complex databases, look for the root cause of a problem, and design their own solutions by writing code to implement them.

What you'll be doing
- Building and adapting data models and ETL processes for regulatory reporting, setting up the local approach
- Translating complex requirements into clear, efficient data solutions
- Maintaining and improving reporting infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high data quality
- Working with Regulatory Reporting Managers and business teams to align on logic and data needs
- Monitoring and improving data reliability, applying close attention to detail
What you'll need
- Experience in an analytical role, creating impactful solutions
- A background in a quantitative discipline
- Great skills with Python, SQL, or other programming languages
- Evidence of solid mathematical and statistics knowledge
- Experience in financial services/banking
Nice to have
- Experience in fast-growing or scaling fintechs
- Proficiency in additional programming languages (Python, Java, Scala, C++, etc.)
