Here, your role will be: Act in the development of automation solutions for internal processes, creation and maintenance of packages and tools in Python, and construction of data pipelines in Databricks using PySpark. The role also involves supporting statistical and exploratory data analyses, ensuring quality, traceability, and reproducibility, as well as providing technical support to credit score and provision models, especially in the stages of preparation and validation of analytical bases, output verification, and automation of analysis and replication routines. Continuous collaboration in optimizing technical processes, consistent use of Git, and documentation of developed solutions is expected. Knowledge in software engineering, code organization and documentation, as well as interest in process automation and working with distributed environments such as Databricks, Spark, and PySpark are valued. Experience or interest in working with data applied to score and provision models will be considered a differential, as well as the ability to understand and communicate in Spanish for collaboration with other units and international teams.
