As a Data Quality Risk Supervisor - Independent Assessment, you will conduct independent reviews of the 1LOD data quality risk framework and challenge how data quality is embedded in operational risk and permanent control. You will lead high-quality assessments and produce structured challenge memos covering the integration of data quality risks in non-financial risk management and the deployment of the Group's data management framework across BUs/SUs. The Independent Assessment team currently includes 4 FTEs in Paris and is expanding with 1 FTE in Bucharest, delivering 100-150 challenge deliverables per year. You will engage with a broad set of stakeholders including KDO/CDE owners, Chief Data Officers, and Group data management stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate data-related risks.

Independent Assesment & Challenge Activities<\/strong><\/p>

You will be responsible for performing high\u2011quality assessments and producing structured challenge memos covering:<\/p>

  • The integration of data quality risks within non\u2011financial risk management frameworks (Permanent Control, ICCC, RCSA, Losses & Incidents, etc.)<\/li>
  • The deployment and operational effectiveness of the Group\u2019s data management framework across all BUs\/SUs<\/li>
  • Consideration of data risk within upstream assessments for major transformations (M&A, Project Management, NPSC, outsourcing, etc.)<\/li>
  • How business lines identify, assess, and mitigate data\u2011related risks across their processes<\/li>
  • Definition, adequacy, and implementation of remediation plans addressing significant risk areas<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Deliverables<\/strong><\/p>

    Your work will include producing:<\/p>

    • Challenge analyses of data quality risk assessments within NFR frameworks, upon request from framework owners<\/p><\/li>

    • Challenge analyses of data management framework execution, including evaluation of:<\/p>

      • KDO (key regulatory and risk reports\/metrics) scoring<\/p><\/li>

      • CDE (critical data elements) controls, monitoring, and lineage<\/p><\/li>

      • Data quality issue remediation<\/p><\/li>

      • Annual plan items and thematic reviews<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

      • Recommendations and escalations in case of material risks, weaknesses, or breaches of risk appetite<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Stakeholder Engagement<\/strong><\/p>

        You will interact with a wide range of stakeholders, notably:<\/p>

          • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in data management<\/p><\/li>
