Lead the delivery of data lineage and maintenance for the GDO and help establish a Data Lineage Centre of Excellence in the SG Global Solution Centre. You will participate in project initiation to implement Data Lineage requirements, monitor progress to project completion and validation, and establish relationships across the organization to document data flows in line with the Data Governance Framework. You will partner with business and IT SMEs to define the bank’s data language, identify key controls along data flows, and present findings to executive management to obtain ratification while maintaining high standards for project delivery and governance.

Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of lineages and maintenance for the GDO
- Support the creation of a Data Lineage centre of excellence in GSC
- As the process evolves, participate in project initiation phase to implement Data Lineage requirements, and monitor till project completion and validation.

Profile required
- At least 6+ years of experience within Data Management / Business Analysis
- Experience in Data Governance/Quality Management and / or Data Lineage is preferred
- Knowledge of banking or capital markets and familiar with regulations such as BCBS 239, IFRS, CCAR and an overall understanding of the KDO/CDE lifecycle
- Experience of leading larger teams and people management
