Role focuses on Data Governance Specialist within UBS Asset Management to ensure data compliance with UBS Data Management Framework. You will define, implement and monitor data governance policies and standards across the organization; collaborate with data owners, stewards, and IT teams to ensure accurate definitions and usage. You will conduct data quality assessments, identify gaps, and recommend remediation strategies, while supporting regulatory compliance through data lineage and audit readiness. Lead adoption of data governance best practices and tools across business and technical teams.
