Join the Algo Trading team to manage day-to-day risk monitoring and reporting for the Global Markets Algo platform. Collaborate with quants and stakeholders to build, analyse, and maintain reports that monitor and improve client algo performance. Develop deep knowledge of algorithmic behaviour, market microstructure, and exchange products while ensuring compliance with regulations, desk policies, and limits. Work with clients and technology teams to define future product requirements and detailed design specifications.
