This role focuses on Data Governance within UBS Asset Management, helping define, implement and monitor data governance policies and standards. The candidate will collaborate with data owners, stewards and IT to ensure accurate data definitions and usage, and will conduct data quality assessments to identify gaps and remediation needs. It also supports regulatory compliance by ensuring data lineage and audit readiness, and drives adoption of data governance best practices across business and technical teams.

We are looking for a Data Governance Specialist to help ensure the Asset Management data compliance inline with UBS Data Management Framework You will: Define, implement and monitor the data governance policies and standards across the organization Collaborate with data owner, stewards, and IT teams to ensure accurate and consistent data definitions and usage Conduct data quality assessment, identify gaps and recommend remediation strategies Support regulatory compliance initiatives by ensuring data lineage and audit readiness. Drive adoption of data governance best practices and tools across business and technical teams.
