This role is a Data Governance Specialist within UBS Asset Management. You will define, implement and monitor data governance policies and standards across the organization, and collaborate with data owners, stewards and IT teams to ensure accurate and consistent data definitions and usage. You will conduct data quality assessments, identify gaps and recommend remediation strategies, and support regulatory compliance by ensuring data lineage and audit readiness. You will drive the adoption of data governance best practices and tools across both business and technical teams.
