Join UBS as a Data Governance Specialist focused on Asset Management data compliance within the UBS Data Management Framework. You will define, implement and monitor data governance policies and standards across the organization, and collaborate with data owners, stewards, and IT teams to ensure accurate data definitions and usage. You will conduct data quality assessments, identify gaps and remediation strategies, and support regulatory compliance by ensuring data lineage and audit readiness. You will drive adoption of data governance best practices and tools across both business and technical teams.
