Role focused on governance of Asset Management data within UBS, defining and enforcing data governance policies, standards, and data definitions. You will collaborate with data owners, stewards and IT to ensure data quality, perform data quality assessments, and identify remediation gaps. The role supports regulatory compliance through data lineage and audit readiness and drives adoption of governance practices and tools across business and technical teams.

We are looking for a Data Governance Specialist to help ensure the Asset Management data compliance inline with UBS Data Management Framework You will: Define, implement and monitor the data governance policies and standards across the organization Collaborate with data owner, stewards, and IT teams to ensure accurate and consistent data definitions and usage Conduct data quality assessment, identify gaps and recommend remediation strategies Support regulatory compliance initiatives by ensuring data lineage and audit readiness. Drive adoption of data governance best practices and tools across business and technical teams.
