We are seeking a Data Governance Specialist to ensure Asset Management data compliance within UBS's Data Management Framework. Define, implement, and monitor data governance policies and standards across the organization; collaborate with data owners, stewards, and IT teams to ensure accurate data definitions and usage. Conduct data quality assessments, identify gaps, and recommend remediation; support regulatory compliance by ensuring data lineage and audit readiness. Drive adoption of data governance best practices and tools across business and technical teams.
