AI Business Solutions Associate Director will lead the design and delivery of large transformation programs primarily leveraging Microsoft ecosystem technologies (Dynamics 365 and Power Platform). The role focuses on Generative and agentic AI to reinvent core processes across sales, service, finance and supply chain for clients. You will operate within Accenture's Microsoft Business Group (AMBG) as part of a joint venture with Microsoft, guiding client strategy, delivery, and managed services or outcome-based offerings. Generative and agentic AI presents a huge opportunity for our clients to reinvent their processes and functions from sales and service to finance and supply chain.
This is a high growth area for the Accenture Microsoft Business Group (AMBG), triggered by Microsoft’s significant investments in Copilot and Agent technologies, which are at the heart of the Dynamics 365 applications and the Power Platform.
As a result, we have created a new AI Business Solutions (ABS) Associate Director role to help our clients to design and deliver large transformation programmes which are predominantly based on Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
