Key Responsibilities:
As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing applications and systems that utilize AI tools and Cloud AI services, ensuring they meet production-ready quality standards.
You will apply Generative AI models as part of the solution, which may include deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions.
Engaging with multiple teams, you will contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across various teams.
Design and implement innovative AI solutions that address complex business challenges.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing AI models and systems for enhanced performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into various applications.
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge on best practices in AI development.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI technology to drive innovation.
Advanced proficiency in AI Agents is required.
Advanced proficiency in Large Language Model (LLM) Fine-Tuning is recommended.
***Role required onsite client work 60% (3 days per week) in Charlotte, NC or Dallas/Plano, TX
